FAQ workflow change VBDO research

VBDO will stop using Lestrade’s Holly Platform. The platform was used to collect and analyze data for our studies. We are therefore switching to a different working method. Below you will find the most frequently asked questions about this change.

Why does VBDO stop using the Holly platform?

Unfortunately, we recently learned that the Holly Platform is being shut down. In recent years, we have used the platform to support our work processes with great satisfaction. We are grateful for the support the platform has provided us.

The decommissioning of the platform also means that we will not be able to complete our ongoing investigations according to the current working method. Further work on the Benchmark Responsible Investment by Pension Funds 2023, the Benchmark Responsible Investment by Insurers 2023 and the thematic study on biodiversity will therefore be carried out in a different way.

What changes in terms of working method?

If not yet completed, the survey will be sent via email in a Word template to the appropriate parties. Additional documentation can also be sent by email. Various feedback phases can be completed in the template.

Where is the collected data stored and what happens to it?

At this time, the data resides on Lestrade/Holly’s servers. This data is transferred to our own servers. It has been agreed that all data related to the VBDO that is located on the Lestrade/Holly servers will be removed by Friday 30 June. We will personally oversee this process. From June 29, access to the platform will no longer be possible.

We have already stored the most recently completed questionnaires and uploaded documentation and documentation from last year safely on our own server.

When will these changes take place?

From June 29th at 12:00 noon, our questionnaires on the Holly Platform will be closed. From 1 July we will switch to the new working method.
